Animal Hospital of Mid County has a new opportunity to join our rapidly growing two doctor practice in Nederland, TX. This small animal practice is looking for a dynamic full time veterinarian, but will consider part time, relief coverage or new grad mentoring. Awesome chance to hone your orthopedic surgery skills or learn from an experienced surgeon/mentor.

This beautiful 5,500 state of the art facility houses high tech equipment like digital x-ray, IDEX, and has gone paperless.  There are five private exam rooms, a very tenured teach support team, provides orthopedic surgery procedures, and offers boarding for their clients.  The practice is open M-F which gives our team an excellent work life balance

Located just a 30 minute drive to activities like fishing at Sabine Lake, just one hour to Houston and under three hours to Baton Rouge, LA.  The housing is affordable, unemployment rates are low, and the school system is very strong making this a family friendly area to live in southeast Texas. 

We are open to all levels of experience, and even offer new graduate mentorship with on-site training and mentorship within other CareVet training hospital locations. Additionally, we offer relocation opportunities to other hospitals after training is completed!
