We have a different approach - shorter shifts but still a 4 day work week.  NO ER, NO Sundays, rotating Saturdays. We have a six doctor team looking to add a seventh to a rotating schedule designed to balance life and practicing. We have decades of experience to mentor you through your first years or just be an ear if that’s all you need.
